    * poured : 따르다, 붓다

    * another drink : "한잔"의 의미

잠깐! away는 전치사가 아니다?

blow away all the dust

blow all the dust

* blow : 때리다, 날려버리다, 폭파시키다

※ away가 없어도 의미가 통한다.

   따라서 away는 단지, 동사를 강조하는 부사임.

I should have another go ▶ 나는 다시 한번 더 가야 한다. → another + go 이므로 go는 명사.

Make another fold and turn the ends together. ▶ 한번 더 접은 다음, 모두 끝을 돌려라. → another + fold (명사)

The prospect of another rise in interest rates. ▶ 이자율의 증가가 한번더 있다는 전망 → another + rise (명사)

* prospect : 전망, 예상

 

I saw a reflected caution in Dike's eyes. ▶ 나는 Dike의 눈에서 반사된 주의(경계)를 보았다.

* reflected : 반사된, 반영

→ a + reflected caution

 

Suddenly the hallway seemed darker, Gordon's long face paler.

▶ 갑자기 복도가 어두워 보였고, Gordon의 긴 얼굴은 창백해 보였다.

→ the + hallway

→ Gordon's (소유격) + long face

 

Occasionally unplug your computer from the wall, take off the side panel, and blow away all the dust.

▶ 가끔씩 벽에서 너의 컴퓨터의 전원 플러그를 빼고, 옆 뚜껑을 떼내고, 먼지를 모두 불어내라

→ your + computer

→ the + side panel

→  the + dust

* occasionally ; 때때로, 가끔

* unplug : 전원을 끊다, 플러그를 빼다

* blow : 불다
